At Top Range Furniture, we take pride in delivering durable, solid wood furniture that’s built to last. All our products are covered under one year warranty, effective from the date of delivery.

 

✅ What’s Covered

This warranty applies to structural or manufacturing defects under normal indoor residential use:

- Solid wood frame damage (e.g., bed legs, table legs, broken joints)

- Drawer rails, support beams, or metal structures that become unstable or fail

- Cracks or defects caused by manufacturing faults

- Assembly issues for pre-installed products from our factory

❌ What’s Not Covered

To ensure fairness and clarity, the following are not covered under warranty:

- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, watermarks, stains, fading, dents)

- Improper cleaning using strong detergents, bleach, or abrasive agents

- Damage due to exposure to excessive moisture, direct sunlight, or high heat

- Any use in commercial settings (e.g., cafes, hotels, Airbnb, show units)

- Damage due to mishandling, unauthorized modifications, or self-installation errors

- Display units, clearance items, or “AS-IS” products

- Items not purchased through official Top Range channels

📌 Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim, please contact us via WhatsApp or email and provide:

- Your order number

- Photos clearly showing the defect

- A short explanation of the issue

We’ll assess the case and respond within 1–2 working days.

📎 Terms & Conditions

- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and within Malaysia

- All warranty decisions are made at the sole discretion of Top Range Furniture

- Replacement parts may be substituted with similar materials if originals are unavailable

- Any repairs or replacements will only be covered for the remaining period of the original warranty

- Claims made after the warranty period may still be serviced, but labor and transport fees will apply

- Comfort or aesthetic preference (e.g. softness, feel, appearance) is not considered a manufacturing fault
