At Top Range Furniture Sdn. Bhd., every piece of furniture is carefully inspected before shipment. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds.
We strongly encourage customers to review all product details, sizes, and specifications before confirming their order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at toprange9525@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Our team will review the situation and may offer one of the following resolutions, depending on the issue:

  • Replacement of the damaged part or item

  • Repair or exchange (subject to stock availability)

Please note that refunds are not provided unless otherwise agreed under exceptional circumstances.

To assist our team, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged area

  • A brief description of the issue

3. Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or self-assembly

  • Normal variations in wood texture or colour, which are natural characteristics of solid wood

  • Clearance or custom-made items
